Three in-person workshops
Bringing your team together to build self-awareness, self-compassion, connection and practical ways to navigate veterinary life.
What it is
The VetYourSelf Practice Partnership
Every practice is different. Different people, different pressures and different challenges.
That’s why our Practice Partnership isn’t off the shelf. We work alongside everyone in the practice. The practice owner or manager, because they are usually the people trying to support everyone, as well as the vets and nurses who need more support than one person can give.
What’s included
First, we come to you. We spend time with you and your team in our first workshop, listening to and understanding what’s working, what isn’t and where support is most needed. Together, we agree what you’d like to be different by the end of the 12 weeks.
From there, we work alongside you through two further in-person workshops, weekly online group calls and regular leadership coaching to help you respond to challenges within your team. Your team can also access confidential one-to-one therapeutic support with Kellie if they need it.
Between sessions, everyone has access to our online learning hub, with practical, self-paced learning modules, emotional regulation exercises, mindfulness and meditations, as well as additional support for neurodivergent team members.
Bringing your team together to build self-awareness, self-compassion, connection and practical ways to navigate veterinary life.
A regular space for your team to talk, reflect and get support from people who understand the profession.
Confidential individual support for those times when someone needs something more personal.
Dedicated support for the people who spend so much of their time supporting everyone else.
Helping those who identify as neurodivergent find greater calm in an often loud and overstimulating practice environment.
Learning and resources your team can access throughout the programme and return to afterwards.
Simple, practical exercises to help your people regulate when veterinary life feels stressful or overwhelming.
Helping us understand what’s really happening within your practice so we can tailor the support around your team.
When something needs more support, you don’t have to work out what to do with it alone.
Comes with professional development built in too.
It isn’t any one part that creates change. It’s how everything works together to support your people, strengthen your team and take some of the pressure off you.
How we create change
We develop your team’s self-awareness, self-compassion, confidence, connection and communication — helping them build greater capacity for the pressures of veterinary life.
Because the aim isn’t simply to help people cope with the pressure. It’s to help create meaningful change in how they understand themselves, relate to each other and navigate the challenges of the job.
The difference it will make
The problems won’t disappear. But with the right support, your team can develop greater capacity to navigate them — with more self-awareness, self-compassion, increased confidence, connection and somewhere to turn when things get difficult.
And when your team has greater capacity, they need less from you — giving you greater capacity to lead and grow your practice.
